Who we are
Switchyard, Inc. builds infrastructure that connects AI agents to business systems. This policy covers our website, our dashboard and our API, and explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect
Account details you give us: your name, work email, company and role. Our payment provider holds your billing details on our behalf.
Service data: API keys, connector settings, request logs and traces. Request payloads pass through our systems to reach your tools, and we keep them only as long as your trace retention setting allows.
How we use it
We use your data to run the service, secure your account, bill you and answer support requests. We look at aggregated usage that does not identify you to improve reliability.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not train models on your request payloads.
Who we share it with
We share data with the subprocessors that host, monitor and bill for the service. Each one signs a data processing agreement, and the current list lives on our security page.
We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it, and we tell you first whenever we are allowed to.
How long we keep it
Account data stays while your account is open and for 90 days after you close it. Request traces follow your retention setting, which is 30 days by default. Backups roll off within 35 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Most of this works from the dashboard. For anything else, email us and we will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
Our website sets a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to count page visits. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy in a way that matters, we email account owners at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
